After a long career with diverse experiences capped by their experience of working together in IT leadership for a large financial institution, Anna and Travis are ready to share their combined knowledge of project execution, IT risk management, and compliance and regulatory expertise with other organizations. Anna-Marie Consor
Managing Partner & Principal Consultant
Anna has worked in the IT/Financial Services sector for almost 25 years. She has experience with the following: leading an IT Project Management Office, playing a key role in starting up an IT Audit Liaison department for high profile regulatory exams, and executing both strategic and operational projects and programs. One of her career highlights is building up the PMO of the world's largest credit union to obtain the coveted Project Management Institute's (PMI) PMO of the Year award. Additionally, she has been a featured speaker at several industry PMI and financial industry conferences. Anna has a Master's degree from George Washington University, a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University, and several professional certifications.
Travis Gound
Managing Partner & Principal Consultant
Travis Gound has spent almost 25 years in the Financial Services Industry, leading Investment, Risk, Compliance, and Audit roles. He is a distinguished leader with strong business acumen, technology aptitude, and proven success managing and mitigating risk for large financial institutions. Over his career he has demonstrated a unique talent for identifying creative solutions and executing strategic initiatives. Travis excels at maximizing operational resources, accelerating performance, mitigating risks, and sustaining strategic flexibility. He studied Psychology at Jacksonville University and holds executive certificates in cyber security and risk management from Carnegie Melon University. Travis also holds a CISSP certification and has held numerous Financial Services registrations throughout his career.
